Blank Recycled Acrylic Nameplate (pack of 6)
Replay Workshop is working to recycle plastics that otherwise go to landfill in our community. In this case, we are grinding up waste clear acrylic (such as acrylic glass offcuts from the local hardware store), mixing tiny amounts of additives for color and visual effects, and injection molding these simple name plates. Acrylic (PMMA) is a versatile material that can be drilled, cut, machined, glued, painted, laser cut, or laser etched, among other things. These simple rectangles with rounded corners could be used to make name tags, plates for trophies or plaques; drill a hole in it and make it into a reusable tag for gifts or luggage; or who knows what else?
Each nameplate is 3" long, 1 5/8" wide, and approximately 1/8" thick, with rounded corners. We are offering them in single-color packs of six.
