This story begins as Meowtropolis Central Bank is being robbed, and clues point to the super kitties as the culprits! To make matters worse, Mayor Magnus Marshall announces that all supers are outlawed in the city, and even heroes will be thrown in jail. When kitties investigate, they find a trail of clues that leads them to a pirate ship moored in Meowtropolis’ harbor!
